Good teeth shouldn’t depend on which country you’re in this month.
Orilla is a dental and aesthetic clinic for people who split their year between here and somewhere else. Book online in about a minute. You get a written quote before anything starts and a reminder before every visit.
- 5 languages
- English, Spanish, German, Russian and French at the chair
- Written quotes
- Every price agreed before treatment begins
- Same-day
- Emergency slots when you book before 16:00
- 40 minutes
- From Málaga airport, with parking under the building
Prices are on the page. All of them.
The first list is what you can book online today. The second is what treatment usually costs once a dentist has seen you, so there are no surprises in the chair.
Four questions, one honest price range.
Tell us what bothers you and how long you’re here. You’ll see what we’d most likely suggest, what it costs and how many visits it takes. No email needed.

Fill in the intake form at home
Medical history and consent take six minutes on your phone. The dentist reads it before you arrive, so the visit starts with your teeth and not a clipboard.
Get a plan with dates on it
We map each stage to days you’re actually here, and say plainly when something can’t be done in one trip.
Follow up from wherever you are
Aligner checks and healing reviews work by photo. Your records and X-rays are yours to take to a dentist back home.
Four clinicians, and you choose which one.
You see the same person each visit. Their languages are listed because explaining a toothache in your second language is nobody’s idea of fun.
The team is fictional. Initials stand in for portraits so no real person is shown under an invented name.
What patients might say
These are placeholder quotes written for the demo. A real clinic’s site would show verified reviews here.
“I booked from the airport in Hamburg and had a crown fitted before my week was up. The reminder on the morning even had the parking entrance in it.”
“The quote said €1,650 and the bill said €1,650. I’ve had dental work in three countries and that has never happened before.”
“She talked me out of half of what I asked for. I look rested, not different, which is what I wanted and couldn’t explain.”
The site is the visible half.
When someone books here, thirteen things happen without anyone at reception lifting a finger. Calendar, deposit, reminders, the doctor’s morning list, the review request. Have a look at the other half.
Questions people ask first
Why do you take a deposit?
A missed appointment is an hour another patient could have had. The €30 deposit is taken off your bill when you come, and refunded in full if you cancel or move the appointment at least 24 hours ahead. Emergency visits need no deposit.
Can I finish an implant in one trip?
Usually not, and we’d rather say so now. The implant goes in on the first trip and the final crown is fitted three to four months later, once the bone has healed. A temporary tooth covers the gap in between.
Will my insurance at home pay for this?
Many international policies reimburse dental treatment abroad. We give you an itemised invoice and treatment report in English, and in German or Russian on request, to send to your insurer.
What if I’m nervous about dentists?
Say so on the intake form. We book you a longer first visit, explain each step before doing it, and can offer conscious sedation for longer procedures.
Who sees my medical information?
Only the clinician treating you and the reception team. In this demo nothing leaves your browser at all: the forms store their answers on your own device so you can see how the flow works.
